NUJ to livestream press conference following ICC case over targeting of Palestinian journalists.
At 10am on 27 May, NUJ members can watch a press conference hosted by Bindmans LLP bringing together lawyers from Doughty Street Chambers working with unions on a case submission to the International Criminal Court (ICC), over the systematic targeting of Palestinian journalists.
Legal submissions have been sent to the ICC, alleging that Israel’s systematic targeting of journalists working in Palestine and its failure to properly investigate killings of media workers amount to war crimes.
