The Covid-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on LGBT+ workers. We are witnessing a staggering increase in LGBT+ phobic hate crime in the workplace and wider society. Trade unions are working together to protect LGBT+ workers jobs and LGBT+ people’s safety in the face of the pandemic and a rise in the anti-LGBT+ rhetoric of the far right.
This conference will be a reflection and celebration of the wins the movement has made and a call to action as we forge ahead into 2021.
